About Developer Meetings

Developer meetings are once per month, usually towards the end of a calendar month, at 9am PT. We aim to use one hour for the agenda items, and typically “hang out” for an additional 30-60 minutes afterwards. There is a public gcal you can subscribe to: gcal / ical.

The purpose of developer meetings is to discuss ongoing development projects and highlight work done in the past month. While anyone is welcome to attend, the meetings are focussed on ongoing developments and are not meant to be introductions to PLR. This is to respect everyone’s time. If you want to have an introduction, please reach out on the forum or via DM.

On this board, there will be one thread per developer meeting. Each thread start with agendas. Anyone is able to put suggestions and requests in the thread for the next meeting. Shortly before the developer meeting the agenda will be finalized. There will also be an opportunity during the meeting to bring up new topics, but we recommend putting requests in the thread so we can be mindful of timing.

At the end of each thread, there will be one post made after the meeting with meeting notes. The thread will then be locked and a new thread will be made
