yes, the power connection of the main hamilton (like the 3 prong plug) was halfway out of the power bank. we just plugged it in
we replicated the timeout error via similar “disconnection” type events, e.g. turning the hamilton off by executing a protocol, or turning the computer controlling the hamilton off mid-protocol.
